        I came in today today to enquire about cataract surgery, where I was seen by a lovely member of staff called Rahul. He talked me through the process of the consulation and gave me a brochure with some more information. It was so kind that he took so much time out of his day to help me and answer all my questions, much appreciated.

        Bad service. Never open. Close by 5. Staff a bunch of kids with no common sense. Immature staff. Awful customer srevice ..... better to go to Specsavers

        Me and my wife both where served by an amazing staff member, Ilaha, who made us feel very comfortable and was extremely informative of the whole procedure, whilst being very honest about her own procedure and giving us the utmost confidence in the surgery. She was able to talk us through the whole testing process and was so amazing in her mannerism and presentation. Highest recommendations to Optical express and Ilaha.
