The guy that worked on me was so so rude and racist, its like as if I had forced him to work on my nails, bro I was paying you, he even wanted to hit me at some point because I told him I didn't like what he had done, he pulled me jacket, I regret paying them...he even talked about me with his female college and they both laughed....so rude... I 100% DONT RECOMMEND Service: Manicure

Well it was going good at first but then they left my nails bulky and wonky and gave wrong colour from what we asked for nails are uneven my right middle finger is bigger than the left~this was acrylics~ and they are very unhygienic. The man. That did my nails put there snot on my hand~i had to pay 40 and tried to charge me 65 for french tips Service: Pedicure

I asked an sns Manicure with almond shape. The filing and the application were so wrong that I asked them to take them off and I had to cut off my natural nails at home. The result was supper thick, the employee had to file it so much that it started going patchy. She had left a spot not painted even!! I showed her colleague and she couldn't believe it. Even the colour wasn't the same as on the sample. My cuticles were bleeding and she cleaned my hands in the end with alcohol!!! I was offered to get my nails done by someone else, but I had already spend 1 hour for an unfinished sns that usually takes much less time, and I had explained from the beginning that I had another appointment booked. I wish I had read the reviews first. Unfortunately my usual salon in Westfield (in front of John lewis, bottom floor) was busy. I regret it and now I have to wait until my natural nails grow again.
