Both the prices and service made Goldhawk Rd seem like a rip off. Was there last Saturday for the first time with a girlfriend and we will both definitely go back. Both left with great material for our projects. Really helpful staff too.

Where have all the other local Google guides been, certainly not supporting our long-standing long suffering dedicated fabric shops on the market. Here is a place where personalised service is guaranteed as is plenty of advice, sharing of product knowledge and a willingness to please that cannot be taught. There are bargains flagged up here in my photos that even outlets like Tkmaxx, John Lewis and the sad House of Fraser can't emulate with their bulk buying or special deals. If you need to refurbish your linen closet ( yes that's what they used to be called ) with new sheets, towels, or freshen up your outlook on life through your soulless double glazing you'll find fine nets, swathes of curtain fabric...plain and patterned... as well as ready mades. This is a place to order bespoke one offs if your talents don't stretch to homemaking ( yep another old fashioned word). You will find huge 22" inch square cushion covers, which when royally stuffed, could just revive your tired old sofa or adorn the back of your bed to watch TV in style or eat breakfast on a tray. What... No one does that for you !! This is also a shop to just browse for material inspiration. Many regular shoppers recommend this place by word of mouth which is pissipos why it flies under Google's radar. It's worthy of more recognition so drop in some time soon.
