Phase Eight

I was really impressed and pleased with the service I received from Samritha Yogesh at Phase Eight Westfield. Samritha was very patient and showed me different options to wear for my sons engagement party and then my daughters wedding. I felt very confident and comfortable with the service and assistance I received. I cant thank her enough for all her efforts in helping me choose the outfits for 2 very important functions . I booked a personal styling session for my Wedding Dress with my mom. Aleksandra was looking after us during our time in store. I want to say how amazing she was throughout the session; she was patient, helpful, and honest. With her help I found my wedding dress and my mom found two dresses she loved for my wedding. We left our dresses in store while we had our lunch which gave us the time to send all the picture to our friends to help me with deciding between two dresses that I loved. Aleksandra is a true gem for the store!

Was the first shop went into and the 1st dress I tried on l really liked. The girl who helped us out by giving her option was brilliant. Sorry, we didn't get her name, but with her advise went back to the shop. In case you didn't know NHS staff get a 15% discount.

May I take this opportunity to say thank you for the excellent service provided by Georgia and Rupal on our visit to your store at Westfield today. Both were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products which sadly is a rarity in this age. A real joy.
