APM Monaco London Westfield

Went into the store at the White City branch on Sunday browsing for a necklace for my wedding. The woman at counter was very rude, I asked if she could show me a necklace and she told me to wait with no apology or reason and continued typing on her PC while we stood and waited for 5 minutes. For such beautiful jewellery, I would expect the service to match. Completely discouraged to buy based on that experience.

I dont review shops often, but wanted to highlight I had a really nice experience buying jewellery for an important event. Zara (I hope I got her name correctly?) was very professional, friendly and patient with me and suggested different combinations of sets and offered to take a photos to help me choose. The jewellery itself is also really beautiful and some pieces are quite unusual.

Alexandra at the Westfield store was amazing - she went out of her way to get the pieces I wanted for my bridal jewellery even though they were sold out, she was so kind and showed me and my mum lots of beautiful pieces. Yolanda at the Covent Garden branch was also very helpful, both ladies are a credit to the company. Love my jewellery and cant wait to wear it!
