        Had a quality issue with a bag purchased but sorted very efficiently by Mulberry. Staff were lovely.

        I bought my first luxury item. I now know how we are meant to be looked after as customers. I was offered a seat and water while they looked for my order. I had the opportunity to look around and try on other items. At no point did I feel out of place, I felt very much at home. I believe that I will be back

        Great shop, and great customer service shame they dont take cash - seems like the customer has to please them as opposed to the the other way around

        The service here is absolutely second to none. I went here yesterday for the first time and the Asian lady was so friendly, so attentive and just amazing to be served by. I was on the search for a new notebook. Ive not shopped at Mulberry before as Im a big Louis Vuitton fan/collector but my experience here was so amazing. I went away and had a think about the notebook and came back and was served very quickly and the staff there are so great. They create such a relaxing environment for shoppers and so attentive. I went back today to purchase the Agenda as Ive come to really love this brand and I was served by a guy who seems to be there full time as I saw him yesterday. As I walked into the store he greeted me so genuinely and served me throughout my time there. He was so knowledgeable and so friendly, not stuck up or arrogant at all. Shopping with this brand, in the Westfield store has been such a welcoming experience and Im sure to shop with Mulberry again. Their service reflects the price you pay.
