Having had a bad experience in another store minutes earlier, lets call it Rada.
I walked through the the door (yesterday 26/1) at Versace and was greeted like an old friend. The gentleman, who first said hello, couldnt be more helpful and polite. The other assistant was a lovely young lady, we struck up a genuine conversation about shopping, bags and the gorgeous watches, she wasnt trying to hard sell, she seemed to be really proud (as was the gentleman) of the collection and asked me my opinion, which is a great way to encourage the customer (definitely me) to buy. The handbag she picked out was beautiful. Both assistants should be praised, theyre a credit to all at Versace. Well done Ill be back very soon.
