        Jay @ Westfield Shepherds Bush was so helpful and resolved the issue with tarnished jewellery straight away, had been to 2 other stores and neither had resolved the problem

        I always like going to H Samuels because there's always something new and interesting to find. Finally, it looks like they're stocking fancy colored diamonds for a change, which is nice, because not everybody likes white diamonds, and it's always an interesting talking point. The staff member knew what she was talking about and advised me well. I'd definitely recommend it to other people, definitely going back again.
