Catherine was superb, full of enthusiasm and knowledge and really helpful in understanding my brief for a suit, she offered the right amount of input whilst allowing me the headspace to be sure I was happy with each stage of the custom design process. It was a thoroughly enjoyable process and a lot of this was down to Catherines expertise. Thank you and I very much look forward to seeing the final product.

I walked away today having really enjoyed my time with Miles. He was attentive, listened to what I wanted, gave his opinion without being too "sales-y" but instead helped me feel comfortable and confident. The icing on the cake for me was how he even spoke to my Partner, who was waiting the whole time. It just proves to me that he's a people person and I really appreciated his help today. If you're going in and you get Miles, you're in luck!

Just went in to the store in Westfield West London. Upon entering, was greeted by quizzical looks by the store greeter. We had a short conversation where he did his best, along with a colleague who joined him to persuade me from leaving the store. I was polite and asked if they had any navy blue suits. The shop assistant aggressively told me that was last seasons range and I needed to make an apppintment. As I left, I saw him smile and greet another couple and invite them in. The only difference between me and these new customers was that I wasnt white. Only natural conclusion is that the staff were racist. I will never go anywhere near any of their stores and make it my mission to tell all my friends and relatives. Abhorrent, disgusting behaviour. I will make a complaint to the police as well as Westfield who I assume are the property managers. It wont make a difference but that type of blatent bigotry has to be called out. Shame on them.
