The staff dont care about you coming in. When you approach them to ask a question they barely pay attention to you. The selection of pillows is very modest in this store. Quality of Tempur products is still good of course

Came in yesterday to get a gift for my friend. Mahtab helped me alot, going through all the different pillows and its benefits. Definitely recommend to shop here over other concessions due to amazing customer service and the great in-depth information provided

Lovely experience at the store. The staff are super!!! Go try out the mattresses.

AWFUL Experience. After researching online and talking to an online agent on Tempur's website advised going into the store to try the mattresses. I visited the store on the 3rd of September at 13:15; there were 3 staff members none of them acknowledged us when we entered the store, all watching a loud video and swearing. Finally, one of them decided to ask if we needed help (half-heartedly, as he clearly wanted to go back to his video). Wasn't able to answer my questions correctly and wasn't bothered answering them either. 3 of them all decided to go to the back room to keep laughing. Selling a mattress for 4k implies it is a luxury end of the spectrum but this attitude wouldn't be tolerated in any other luxury brands' stores. Definitely not going back and huge deception as I walked in to buy a Temper mattress today but walked out saying definitely not buying.
