        Extremely bad service, they have placed my order through online in store as they dont the item after i recieved and opened the item and it wasnt the same i took it back to the store and the manager refused to return it or exchange it although i had it only for 1 day.

        One of my favourite home brands. Always exceptional quality which is hard to find these days. Staff here are lovely. If you want assistance on finding good bed sheets then ask for Dargitta. Such a lovely woman. So helpful. She help me find what i wanted which is luxury soft pillow covers and protectors to add to what I already have from White Company. She is so helpful and knows her stuff. Actually everyone was nice. Highly recommend :)) ..

        Hannah and Salma work at the Westfield branch and are an absolute credit to the White company brand. My mum and I visited the store to buy a diffuser, only to find out it was out of stock. The girls helped to track the diffuser online and order it so that it can be delivered straight to our house. They served us with a lovely smile and were so polite and helpful. Hope to see them again next time Im in store!
