Wagamama

This was the second time I have ever tried Wagamama and their food and presentation was absolutely amazing. However, what made it 3 stars was the odd table arrangement - I had to continuously get up and out of someone's way when they walked behind me and the table was so big that I felt I had to shout to my friend. Another thing was that we ordered our meals at the same time and my friend got theirs and finished their meal way before mine even arrived at the table. I understand it was a busy Saturday, but I would have thought that the staff would have been used to this level of customers. It seemed quite chaotic

Far too noisy, music is played quite loudly (music is totally not needed)....the waiting staff cannot compete with the noise of lots of talking and the music, hard to hear them and friends talking above the noise and music. My Katsu curry was just about warm enough to not warrant me sending it back. My friends Phad Thai was very hot. Not the best Wagamama's.

I came here for dinner with a friend, and the experience was heavenly. The food was delicious, staff were friendly and welcoming, and its just a dynamic, lively and fun place to be.

My waitress Asha was great. She explained to me which menu sides shed recommend, and asked if spice levels were important to me. Asha made sure my food came out on time, made sure to check up on me every so often to ask if I was enjoying the food, and gave me a new set of cutlery when I received a new main. I felt there was a great guest connect as she spoke to me as I was a friend of hers yet also keeping her professionalism. Overall great experience. Great food, Great service, Great atmosphere. Wagamama .
