The waffle, the milkshake, the gelato - I dont know which was my favourite! It all tasted so good! Would definitely come back!

The sorbet tasted watered down as did the vanilla. It was the worst ice cream. In addition our order was taken down wrong over charged and the payment machine wasnt working. Not the best experince.

Visited this branch on valentine's day and opted for a pistachio ice cream. I was expecting it to taste good but was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually was. I was served by a girl called Ilaf who is an absolute diamond in human form. What a great overall experience

We revisited this place and surprised how the manager turned the experience around to put things rightwell done Victoria. Visited snowflake on the weekend and had the most amazing cookie dough which took 10minutes to makedecided to go back yesterday as it was so good. So I asked an employee what time it closed was told just before 9.30pm.odd but ok as Google states 9.30pm but thought I had plenty of time. I went back at 8.55pm and asked for cookie dough and was told by the same employee as it takes too long to make they cannot fulfil the order(really?? 10mins to make so it would have been 9.10pm latest). I looked at her at disbelief and she just smiled back at me. Seems she was worried what time they need to close rather than make a dessert and i may be occupying space till 9.20. A real shame that snowflake employ these people with this mentality. Just poor service and what started of really good this one individual has ruined it for us.
