Was very disappointed. Seemed impossible to get hold of - took several months of phone calls and emails to get a quote - and then the same again, including a visit to their office, to try and secure a booking. Over a year on, they asked me to give them a date when the could start - which I did but also said I was flexible if they couldn't do that one - no response, and then finally (after a couple more emails) was told they couldn't do it. But again, not given any alternatives. Kudo to those who manage to get through to them. I'm not sure how you manage it! After a year, we pretty much gave up and are looking for an alternative, which thankfully, we think we've found, for a similar price. I've given two stars because I believe this company is quite good if you are lucky enough to get hold of them. I can only assume they weren't interested in the work. And it's partly my fault for hanging on for so long - I'm sure many would have just walked away.
