I had been to this Byron before a few times in years past, but this recent experience has left me not wanting to return. I wish I had taken some pictures, but didn't take any since I was in a rush for the cinema. Fancied a chicken burger so I ordered the clucky. Honestly, I was so disappointed. It looked like something worse than what you'd get on a random chicken shop for 5 pounds (at 3 times the price). The fried chicken was extremely dry, the cut of chicken was very thin and anaemic, and the burger just did not look appetising at all. I feel mad that I didn't complain to get something else or a fresher burger, but again, was in a rush. Silver linings were that the staff were friendly, and the food was served very quickly (maybe I got served what had been cooked earlier on...). The milkshakes continue to taste good (had the Oreo milkshake) although I noticed that the portion sizes for these have also become more miserly in recent years. Shame that what used to be a better burger place has gone a bit downhill for me. Wouldn't be so keen to come back unfortunately.
