Absolutely DISGUSTING and AGGRESSIVE behaviour from staff. I was walking past trying to enjoy my day off, when the staff member (named Alireza) decided to harass me as I wouldnt stop to talk to him. He proceeded to follow and ridicule me for not stopping, and even started rude comments like cant you speak English? whilst smirking and rolling his eyes. Ive read the previous comments and note this is a common issue with staff becoming aggressive and rude when Westfield shoppers refuse to stop, When I stopped and took my headphones out, I informed him I was listening to music, but nonetheless thats not how to speak to shoppers walking past ! There is no compulsion to stop! He was unbelievable rude and angry to the point of raising his voice at me, a young female ! I asked to speak to the manager and barked back; Im the manager When I asked for his name to make a formal complaint, he declined to give me the complaints policy and company email address. He even declined to give his name at first (despite claiming he was the manger) and simply said cant you see Im the only guy here How Westfield allows aggressive bullies a stall is beyond me. They must be very desperate to sell their cheap products to behaviour in such poor unacceptable manner.
