Supercuts

Saw Ash for my haircut, first one at Supercuts and I am extremely happy with the result, no complaints at all. Feeling even more confident when I left then when I went in :) thanks!

As usual the service was great ,I usually see Karmin who is great ,today she was busy so the Korean lady did my hair, she has done it before and as usual it was great ,but the manager didn't seem to like that the Korean lady did my hair ,so he started to make sarcastic remarks, very disappointed with his behaviour, I have been going there for years and I was really happy until now ,sorry to say I will probably won't go back,he made a nice experience into a very unpleasant one ,

I havent been to a salon for a very long time and my hair became damaged overtime. Spontaneously I made a trip to Supercut and was served within 5 minutes by Ash. He was super friendly and explained the whole process step by step. I was really pleased with the outcome, it was exactly what I wanted and he delivered. He also gave me tips how to maintain my hair as I often struggled due to having naturally thick hair. He also recommended me products which I have been using over the weekend and have noticed a much bigger difference in comparison to how it was prior. The same day, several of my colleagues noticed and complimented how much shinier and healthier my hair looked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would defo recommend. Cant wait to go back for my next haircut in few months time :) Services: Hairstyling, Blowdry
