        I got double charged for my haircut (once online and once in person) and despite sending 10+ emails, I never got any help beyond Ill look into this. Its been months now, and the haircut itself was poor. A noticeable long strand was left at the front which I had to cut off myself. The haircuts used to be good and I would visit every 3 months and recommend to others but now Ill never be returning. The service has drastically decreased in quality and the customer service is poor, avoid.

        We had the worst haircut ever, the hairstylist just wants to cut the hair within 30 mins and didnt care about customer satisfaction nor the hair and just ruined the long long hair that my husband has grown for the past 2 years. We chose chop chop with high expectations and the hairstylist just ruined our day. We will never chose this hairstylist again who doesnt value hair and just value only his time. We had haircut with leo few days back and he was too professional and had good consultation with us before cutting the hair and we loved his service. Please have hairstylist like LEO who value customers time and satisfaction. Service: Hairstyling
