We went to Shepherds Bush medical centre for a blood test, I had a wonderful experience in my life, thank you Daiane to be very kind with me and my kids. We are not scared anymore

I've recently enrolled at the surgery due to moving. After seeing the reviews I was nervous that it wasnt going to be that good but my first appointment was very good receptionist has been fantastic and friendly. I had an appointment with a lady called Daiane who did all my checks. She was lovely,caring and super professional. You could really tell she is passionate about her role, love her job and was there for all the right reasons. She gave fantastic advice about other things and I fell heard for the first time. Thank you Shepherds Bush Medical Centre! Please dont go by the reviews, they are old and believe me this surgery have a much higher standard to my old surgery in willesden green.

The receptionist and administrative were so caring, attentive and helpful! Went for a blood test appointment Daiane were exceptional, kind and professional, she make sure I was comfortable during the procedure . Thank you so much!
