Never experience such a bad service just to make a appointment to see the doctor. The receptionist at this surgery had no sympathy or empathy for the patient trying to make appointment with this receptionist it's like trying to draw blood from a stone. This reception refuses to give her name and call a patient by another name and when the patient stated that is not the name, this receptionist stated it doesn't matter what is your name, all that matters is that you miss your appointment and you not able to make an appointment until next week and if you wish to make another appointment you must call the week after. Its so difficult to make appointment this receptionist who is one of the worst human being I ever encountered. Pls if a doctor read this message pls I advise to get rid of her as this will have a massive impact going to the surgery. I'm so angry and I'm shaking at the as I've never ever been spoken to in sucha way of which makes my blood boil.
