        I entered the amount of USD I needed to buy in the machine, it asked for my data and then told me to go to the counter. After waiting 10 min the woman in the counter told me she couldn't give me that amount, the system didn't let her. When I asked her why, she just said "no" with a dumb smile in her face. I don't know if she was enjoying saying no to me or if she just didn't know any other words, but yeap, not coming back to the M&S bureau of change

        Customer services, dont understand the questions, and they cant answer a simple question! I had to repeat my question more than couple of times still no answer! Waste of time calling on the phone.

        Just wanted to exchange Turkish lira , the man there Mohammad have zero customer service skills . Instead of taking money with ID , ask me to fill a long form , never been so disappointed-Not even know know how to say sorry - never again !
