(Translated by Google) A large, spacious, clean and pleasant branch of m&s - a department store chain with the highest quality products, at fair prices. The branch is spread over several floors, where you can go up and down by escalators and there is clear signage that helps guide you to the desired location. The specific branch is relatively crowded. Some of the items we were looking for in the branch were not there and it was not so easy to get service - neither in the food area nor in the clothing area. We had the opportunity to eat at the on-site cafe (the downside - it closes at 5:00 p.m. and the specific branch does not have gluten-free bread or varied options for those with dietary restrictions). Since I don't eat gluten, we could only order tomato soup which was very tasty and felt high quality. They agreed to our requests to let us in with a gluten-free sandwich and scones that we bought at the same store, in the food court. I mostly stayed with a very good experience from the cafe and a little less than the rest. It was a pleasure to sit there. Good atmosphere, top quality products, spacious place with many tables, clean toilets. (Original) , , m&s , . , . . . ( 17:00 ). , . , . . . , , , .

Closure of the northeast entrance is highly detrimental to people living/working east or north of Westfield. Closing these doors means it takes much longer to access the shop.

The shop is very large and has a nice selection of items however the range of sizes available is not as it used to be anymore. Many sizes, particularly plus sizes are not available in store anymore and you need to order them online. They need to be more careful to keep on replenishing their lines especially fi the reason why these items are not available is because they tend to be purchased more often. I also noticed that the focus moved to higher price items from brands that M&S collaborates with. Sure those items are more attractive, particularly to younger shoppers but they are not really the reason one goes to M&S in my opinion, at least it is not the reason why I go. I go to browse and shop the items I grew up loving and that served me really well over the years. Those ranges tend to be disappearing slowly from he physical stores. It is an okay M&S store overall, but not as rich is variety as it used to be.
