        Riyan is overstanding. She alone attending the till and the self-service. Amazing job and absolutely professional. Please, more staff like her in sainsbury, 10/10. Thank you.

        The staff members don't respond to their customers promptly. Always check the item before buying it's possible that they still have expired stock left on their isles. While it's simply understandable that mistakes could happen sometimes but responding that they can't return the item with a smile and when later the manager and the other staff members don't show no courtesy while dealing with the customers it shows that this store staff needs to go through their initial level training once more even some of their managers on Duty as well. I work at a Restaurant and I face clients like all day maybe not as such Sainsbury's but we at least know how to talk and stand your rights. Thank you for your time
