My Macbook Air suddenly stopped receiving charge overnight. I took it to the Apple Store and another technician before finding out about Digitsmart and will now go to Mohammad straight away if I have any issues in the future. He was upfront about the potential costs and timings and managed to fix it within 2 days. He seems to be a rare technician who can fix an Apple logic board (as opposed to replacing the whole thing). He was very communicative and helpful and since I got my laptop back about a week ago it has been running as normal which is a real relief! The only criticism is that he does not have a physical shop and the man you leave it, Osman, with has no system to provide receipt upon giving him (very expensive!) technology. He made it very clear he was not happy when I asked for one and said that he was simply doing a favour for Mohammad. It would be better to have a system of receipts, like most other professional businesses.

Called Digitsmart about midday because I had a cracked laptop screen. Took it in and was able to collect at 5pm. Very pleased with the work.
