        This store is very understaffed and they work so slowly. Waited in a queue for 15 mins and didnt even move so just left as it was a waste of time, need to hire more staff to handle the large queues.

        Extremely rude staff I wanted to understand the difference between capsules original vs vertuo in terms of flavour as I might want to switch to a vertuo machine. There was this sales associate saying she was so busy doing a masterclass and we needed to wait. However, this masterclass consisted in her explaining the training she got and millennial culture to the customers(?)it was such a trivial conversation not a masterclass in my opinion. We waited and waited but this masterclass was so long that we decided to leaveIm a nespresso expert member and I wanted to restock capsules but best to go to Selfridges or the one in Regent St or even order onlineAt the end, we passed buy again and this couple only bought either a mug/cupwhat a waste of time!
