        Lady staff are rude!! 3 times argue with this front lady, she is not nice to customers! she must do customer service seminar! today she give me the old make frappe from the top table the new one she made she put in the fridge! She never know im watching her! She is tricky.. what shes doing are not healthy, she is transferring disease to another! Paging, costa management trained this lady the proper way.
