        Horrible! Unclean and very rude staff! It is a shame the coffee is good quality

        the weirdest experience I had in coffee shop. Girl with bright dyed hair was rude and unprofessional, also forgot my partners espresso behind the bar for ages. Million of customers were waiting a line, and she was just chatting with her colleague like no one was there. Place is dirty. Overall, disgusting experience. You should properly train your staff on customer service or simply do not allow people like this work

        No toilets - is that even legal? Slow, dismissive, rude service, half a dozen people standing around doing nothing and avoiding eye contact. Even when ordering to stay they try to give you a takeaway cup. Guess they don't want to wash cups. Dirty tables not cleared. Whole place smells bad and the smell will be in your clothes after you leave.
