        I went for the love costa x deal today and it was disappointing - the female staff didnt bother explaining it works on hot coffee orders and not hot chocolate or cold drinks.

        I have been to so many coffee shops in west London. Costa was really disappointing today. Bacon bap: why do you only have two slices of bacon in your bap Cappuccino: ok, passable. Smooth top but it really doesnt attract many compared to other places. Staff: a bit of a smile , I understand its hard being in the service industry, I empathise , but when all three of your staff have a hospital mother matron strict look, its rather off putting. Decor: not bad, nice, clean interior
