Chiropractic First Shepherd's Bush

I went in with chronic back pain and stiffness, often hurting to walk and interrupting my sleep/overall mood. All the staff there are great, friendly and professional. Have been to a lot of different chiropractors throughout the years but none have helped me fully till now. My pain is virtually gone, can exercise easily and my energy and mood has improved significantly. Definitely recommend

A big shout out to CF - Shepherds Bush site where I have been attending since June 2022. My main concern was chronic headaches which severely impacted my daily routine. After having tried several options, including pharmacological treatment, Dr. Fois was good enough to adjust my spine throughout the several appointments I attended - initially 4 times a week, now down to once weekly. The improvement has been remarkable and I can now undertake daily activities with no chronic pain. Thanks for your professionalism, friendliness, and ability to be thorough in what you do. A big thank you to Maisie and Aisling for always accommodating my requests, fitting it nicely with my busy working schedule. Thanks to Dr. Chris who also supported me throughout with a couple of adjustments :) Id definitely recommend!

My back and neck were very painful and I wasn t able to sleep or sit down on my chair more than 30 minutes, affecting a lot my job productivity and my everyday life. Since I started with my sessions, after few weeks, I was able to sleep all night long and be able yo sit down and work with my laptop for longer. Now I can be more hours sitting without complains. My experience have been very positive at this place, now I can move my neck more. It is also lovely seeing the team at the clinic, they treat patients very caring and friendly. Maisie, Andrea, Chris and Aisling are such a social and nice people! Thank you so much for everything!

I have been coming to Dr Andrea since September and have seen a real change. I can now do physical activity without any Lower back pain. This was my main area of concern. There is a significant reduction in my lower back arch which previously meant I found it difficult to stand for long periods of time without pain. I also have a much larger range of motion in my neck which has resulted in less tension and headaches. The clinic is always a welcoming place to come and Maisie and Aisling are always so lovely. Its great how they help to work around my busy schedule to ensure I can always get an appointment at a convenient time. Im really pleased with the results of my treatment so far.
