        I love Nando's, but this branch has Terrible customer service. The girl who ordered my meal had some calculation problem because they had no ingredients for some dishes at the end of the day. Another of her colleague came to help out, I carefully explained to her for the second time through for the correct calculation with my calculator, finally after 10 minutes she finally refunded me the correct amount (1.05), with an ANGRY and SARCASTIC face, no smiles at all, without apologising mumbled "today is not my day and hope you enjoy your meal" (still not smiling). This was very rude and I never expected that of Nandos, which is my absolutely favourite chicken store in the UK. The food was fine, but I hope they review the attitude of the staff.

        Ot was the worst moment ever.The manager(Jay) hit my 10 year old nephew in the head with a plate and was expected my nephew to say sorry for 'running'.Never go USAFE and UABLE TO EVEN WALK AROUND EVEN SINCE STAFF IS ALWAYS IN THE WAY
