Genesis Studio

I have had some difficulties charging my new Genesis because when it was delivered to me no-one explained the charging process and I had never had an electric car before. Luis Pelli, one of their support staff in the showroom at Genesis Westfield, spent time after working hours late at night at 10pm in his own personal time to help me ensure that the car was charged. He explained how to start the charging process, overcame fault in the system, stayed with me as we moved to a different charger, and even stayed for 30 mins with me chatting after the charging process had started to make sure that the charging continued without interruption. He was charming, intelligent, reassuring, practical, a problem solver, and a fantastic support. Excellent service from him and Genesis in my hour of need!! Thank you Luis!!

Wow!! Wow!! Amazing staff and excellent presentation by Anda. That man can sell the air you breathe. Insightful and educative. The GV70 was out of these world. Now I know the next gift for my wife. The Panda without the P (Anda). Thanks for been patient to take us through.

My husband and I went to the Genesis studio in Westfield to order the GV60 with no prior appointment. We were greeted by Elio, who started the process with a lovely cup of cappuccino and then explained the various features and optional trim packages. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, the pros and cons of the different models and the different financing options. He then helped us with the ordering process and demonstrated all the features in the studio car. At no point did we feel pressurised into ordering the car or making a decision. Very happy with our experience at Genesis Studio Westfield and the service we received from Elio. Pity we have to wait for 6 months for the car.
