        Sparce car showroom in the middle of a shopping centre. All the cars (including their demo cars) are top of the range models, so no option to view the base models (which is what I wanted to see). Long walk to the demo vehicles. Being in Central London, it wasn't a great place to test drive! Sat in traffic for 90 mins, and didn't get the car above 40mph.

        Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff who are more than happy to talk to you about the cars and about the brand. Most definitely worth going to if ever you find yourself in Battersea Power Station!

        How can I begin to purchase a Polestar if I cant drive my current model X EV to their show room as Ive many times with Tesla , leave my car in charge as I test drive ? Seriously need to reconsider their business model. ( Both Tesla and Genisis have offered this service next week )

        This is a bit of a late review, but about 4 months ago when the showroom was in Westfield. I test drove the polestar 2. We visited the Tesla and the polestar showroom on the same day. The staff were incredibly friendly at the polestar showroom and were very in formative unlike what I experienced at the Tesla showroom , we had an incredible test drive and now own a polestar and dont regret it!
