Biju Bubble Tea Room Westfield London

This was a matcha caramel bubble tea I dont remember the exact name for this bubble tea. Taste was bitter sweet, pleasant. I think without the caramel it wouldnt be complete for my taste buds to like the matcha, the caramel balanced the drink from being too bitter to quite nice. Taste rating: 7/10 Ordered & delivered to my address in good condition.

I ordered brown sugar milk tea, passion fruit and chocolate bubble tea from your crouch end shop (strangely it is not even on Google maps) on uber eats there were no option to add black tapioca pearls so i chose crystal boba instead and the bubble tea i got have like some kinda disgusting plastic taste in it because of the crystal boba it definitely should not taste like plastic and there is no milk in my brown sugar and chocolate milk tea??? its sooo watery like i dont know if you guys just add a few drops of milk or not but it didn't taste like milk tea at all and even tho i ordered my brown sugar milk tea as normal sugar level it has no sugar i just get a plastic taste however my passion fruit tea which i ordered as half the sugar is really sweet?? like are you trying to poison people or something?? Dont buy anything from this shop anyone all you'll get is some weird liquid that tastes like plastic.

I wish I can review ZERO stars but ONE star will do. The photos on the location here do not correspond with the Camden High Street branch but here goes. One week ago I visited this small Camden branch for the first time- it seemed to have opened in July. I have never tried Bubble tea, knew little about it but my friends persuaded me to try it. There were two servers at the front, including a rude chinese slim fella who talked down to my friends and I while he was taking our orders as well as a little girl with the ridiculously long "butterfly" glued on eyelashes making the drinks with the stinkest attitude one can NOT hope for. When she was finished mixing the drinks she just tossed it on the counter as if we were bothering them. Your staff are rude to patrons and I will spread the word as far as I can about your franchise. There are many other bubble tea establishments in London where you get much better server to customer service! Lastly, Biju NEVER has anything on their drinks menu. Don't waste your time.

The service was really bad. The order took a long time to come even though there were 3 people working and we were the only customers there. Also the Milk teas tasted very watery and there was no sweetness. I do not recommend this boba tea shop because of the staffs unprofessional service.
