Today I went to buy something, they invited to to the tills the advisers serve. She asked me for the money without please. As I was reaching out for my points cards, she left the till and me and walked out.
I asked the adviser at the next till where she was gone and her and was:You are paying with the card anyway!. They she come over to finish serving me.
The advisor who left the till was just standing on the other side of her colleagues tills at that moment and watched her finishing the payment and giving me the receipt.
I am not sure if their managers know what a good customer service is if this is tolerated.
Also, why they always leave the rubbish around the tills? Is it too much to swipe it from time to time?
I will never go there again because I dont want to spend my money where I dont feel treated as a customer and where the shop is not clean.
If there was 0 here, this is why they would get from me.
