i had my laser hair removal done here. usually, i do have a regularly place i go to which they do a brilliant job and my hair takes a while to grow back(i had missed an appointment on that day and decided to try this company). i was very skeptical to go here. i paid 60 and the hair grew back thicker even within a week. the lady who attended to me lacked knowledge about what she was doing. she kept repeating herself with vague answers. service was very poor to be very honest. professionalism (0), communication (0). she lied about my hair taking a while to grow and this time it grew thicker than before and got burnt as well. For the love of yourself do not go here. The owner/manager does not seem to understand discretion and wants you to state your private business very openly in front of all and sundry, so for example if you want laser hair removal on your nether regions be sure there will be an audience. I have had to ask to speak to her privately myself with her lacking the professionalism and simple common sense. Let's assume you bypass this cringe worthy stage and get to the point of laser, she will singe your skin by the inappropriate gel to skin ratio. Basically she is tight with her usage of gel which forms a protective barrier for your skin against the excruciatingly painful laser beams. I have had to say that's too hot many times throughout various appointments. The cheap prices have been the only reason I have returned. She is also quite prying and nosey and it is not somewhere you would like to go unless desperate, which I was. She is also quite keen to suggest you laser your entire coo coo as it is cleaner. She is not someone you want dabbling around anywhere near there. It's cheap but sure as hell ain't cheerful. Stick to waxing or keep your bush. Service: Laser hair removal

I never leave bad reviews but my experience was so horrible I had to. Stay away from this place, they charge so much and do such a rubbish job. They will tell you they can help you just for the money. I wanted my hair dyed blue they done it green. She rushed , literally chopping of chunks of my hair and saying she will fix it after . Stepping on the hair , using dirty hairbrushes with hair still in them. Halfway through washing her sink started leaking. Then she sent me for my facial with my hair cover on and the facial lady was on her phone most of the time and then finished in 20 minutes because it was time to wash my hair she said ! It was chaotic a rubbish job messy and dirty. Her friends were there telling her to hurry up. Its not a surprise no one goes there . I wish I had read the reviews first ! Horrible experience . Oh and if your a hijabi then you should know that she made a point of telling me she hates hijab. Professionalism all over ! Disgusting. You will only regret going here . Service: Hairstyling
