        Bought some very overpriced hair straighteners from them at the Ideal Home Show. Came home with different product than what was used on my hair to demonstrate. Basically another con. Don't buy.

        After customer care is zero. They give you all of their attention and so much love before you buy but once you have bought it they couldnt care if you need help. No refunds or exchanges also, the guy told me this after I bought the straightener. He also gave me three different prices when I went. Just a scam and after money and sales. Zero loyalty to this brand because of their sales assistants.

        Poor service! Sellers lie about refund (they don't accept, even don't reply to your email), about their goods (they are not of the quality promised). They are nice until get the money from you, and then ignore you! Keep yourself as far as possible from this place!
