Really awful experience. I used this cake shop in the past and the cakes were lovely. I collected a birthday cake today the cake was still frozen. There was barely any cream inside or strawberry jam just a dry sponge. Everyone at the party was disappointed. I went back to the shop to show pictures of the cake and how awful it looked inside I was told because I used a cake nothing can be done! I couldn't just request guests to put the cake back into the box as I will be bringing it back! Complete joke! Then I was offered a 10% discount for my next order. I will be avoiding I was so happy in the past this time ruined my grandmothers birthday party.

We went for breakfast and coffee. There wasnt breakfast dishes as such but had a chicken and mushroom pastry. When given, inside of the pastry was tepid, when I asked for it to be heated, it was piping hot. The latte was average. The pastry was nice when it eventually cooled, but for me it was a tad pricey. My friend enjoyed their order. The cafe environment was good, it was clean and we were able to chat without being drowned by music and loud banter. One suggestion I would like to give to employees, smile and engage with customer, suggest what is good, encourage the customer to try products not eaten before then you will have returning business.
