I have worked with Clare both online and in person. I love the workouts and the recipes, they are really easy to use and fit into everyday life. Clare gives useful advice on how to be healthy and feel good, recognising the many demands that life throws at us. She takes a holistic approach to body and mind and really cares about us as individuals. The challenges she creates are a fun way to get back on track or just do that bit extra, and to feel part of the 121 community. I can't recommend Clare highly enough, most health and fitness programmes are fads but I've been with Clare for a long time and am still going strong!
