Firstly the staff are great always friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile when i walk through the door however the basic maintenance of the gym is very poor definitely not worth the 182 me and my partner pay per month. It's mainly in the male shower where most of the showers don't work properly. Issues like low pressure, poor temperature control and the big 1 is pretty much all the shower heads leak on back and spray water into the neighbouring cubicles. 1 hair dryer for the whole of the changing room, mould everywhere, tiles missing in the pool. I did make a manager away of this but nothing got done .Some of the equipment in the gym is in a poor state. I'm aware of the refit that is happening in May however this is basic maintenance that used be easily kept on top of. Particularly as this is supposed to be a luxury gym with high members costs. Go to a pure gym and they're pretty immaculate and they're about 20 per month. Apart from the pool area the gym doesn't offer much more than a pure gym. After my contract is up I will not be renewing as the club is failing to up hold high standards to match the high membership costs.

Another lovely David Lloyd club. Clean and pleasant with friendly professional staff. Really enjoyed the steam and sauna rooms and the changing rooms small and secluded nooks.
