I absolutely would highly recommend Evitae I have been training for 12 months now and I can't believe the difference in myself, it has definitely Enhanced my life and changed my mindset on training and nutrition. Arun and James are amazing they really care and want you to feel great about yourself and I feel that's why they stand out far more than any gym or training I have done before. They invest so much time and encourage you so much. The atmosphere and the ladies are just amazing like one big family.

Anyone whos looking to take back control of their nutrition and fitness levels should start this journey. Just after 1 week of joining I knew Id made the right decision as I felt so much better. The support and guidance of the Evitae team (Arun, James and all the ladies) is just what I needed to focus my mind and make myself accountable for my daily calorie intake and weekly exercise. The workouts are varied and enjoyable and the results Im seeing after 6 weeks are impressive. Id never have made this progress without Evitae - long may it continue!
