        My initial enquiry was met with a quick response by e-mail requesting address and phone number. Having sent that, nothing. Very disappointing. Update: 2 years later a response. My contact details were initially sent to Liz on the 3rd Sept. 2018. Still if you didnt get them why not ask for them again.
