        Called regarding our refurb project in Herts where we require someone to supply bespoke glass balustrade to an existing stair case. I left details and was assured of a call back. The call back never came. I can only assume due to disinterest in our project because I was also advised we dont really do renovation or work on existing staircases anymore yet you post photos of refurb work on Instagram? Either way a courtesy call back would have been helpful.

        I contacted James Steel for the renovation of our complex staircase. They only do new staircases now, but they recommended a fantastic specialist for staircase renovations. So if you have any questions regarding staircases, they re genuine specialists who will know how to help, even if that means no business for them. Thank you!
