        Sent incorrect products. Zero acceptance of the problem and very low customer service to support resolution. Expressed my unhappiness with the service and still observed an ongoing resistant attempt to support a customer orientated solution esp given Box15 sent the wrong products. Delivery was quick but the wrong product, I'm very unhappy with the after sales experience and would not use them again.
