Ordered a gasit kit online. Arrived with missing parts. Over a week later and I've had no reply or confirmation of anything. Please look at recent reviews only of their service. Update: Sail and Trail finally messaged me back with a less than adequate 'apology'. After calling multiple times, leaving voice messages and visible messages on ebay, I was simply accused of "telling lies on feedback". I finally received a sarcastic sounding "sorry for not being available 24/7 to meet your needs". Didn't need 24/7. Just a single update or reply during 9-5 work hours would have been nice.

Absolutely shocking, advertising products online they do not have and have not had for two years, taking peoples money and sending out an inferior product as an alternative, refusing a refund and refusing to collect the inferior product they shipped to me, I will never use this company again. When challenged they admitted doing this but still refused a refund.. Buyer be where.

" SHOCKING SERVICE RECIEVED" Ordered and paid in full 530 for a full Gas-it refillable system last week, Items arrived later than promised, once I accepted the items from UPS today 20th Jan 2021, I opened all boxes and checked all fixing only to find that the 2x bluetooth gauges where missing. Therefore I called the main office at 10.05am straight away and was kept on hold for more than 25mins and still no answer therefore I was forced to press 1 and leave a voicemail to be called back which still has not happened. All day today, I have sent Neil the owner, a text message on his mobile, two whatapp messages, made four call to Neil's moble phone, five long on hold 25min + calls to the 0800 office and even an email to the office. ( not one single acknowledgment, or sorry from them etc. BAD COMMUNICATION AND BAD SERVICE WHICH IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE!! If I don't get an answer or the missing accessories, pretty soon, I will be forced to contact my credit card company to reclaim back the total cost & monies paid back....the products I have will be returned back to their office by one of my staff drivers..
