We thoroughly recommend Liz. My husband has suffered from severe mobility problems following surgery. He was discharged from hospital hardly able to walk. Now he has significantly recovered his previous mobility and confidence. This is something that we would not have been able to achieve without Lizs input. We are very grateful for all she has done for us.

Clare, myself and our two sons have all had excellent and successful treatments and been given exercise techniques from Liz. She is extremely professional and confident. Our older son suffered a severe knee injury skiing, resulting in a major operation. Liz worked with him regularly, resulting in a speeding recovery, his consultant was most impressed! Having suffered with complex and chronic pain many, many years, I have been treated by at least 20 physiotherapist and I can honestly say that Lizzie is by far the best! Lizzie has used a number of different treatments on me over a period of time including soft tissue work, stretching, manipulation, ultrasound and acupuncture and the improvement in my mobility and more importantly my pain levels from the first session have been absolutely remarkable. The clinic itself is adjacent to her home in Sheldwich and is equipped with everything that you would expect to see in a regular physiotherapy treatment room, but it is also beautifully decorated, warm and immaculately clean. Not only is Lizzie extremely knowledgeable but her experience and empathetic nature is simply outstanding. Right from my very first appointment, she wasted no time at all and although she was extremely thorough with her consultation and assessment, she started working on me straight away. Lizzie is professional and very friendly and I have complete confidence in her ability to improve my medical condition further through continued treatments. I simply can not thank Lizzie enough for the difference that she has made to my pain and as a result to my life and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone, even if like me you have tried physiotherapy before!

Liz fitted me in as soon as she was avalible and provided a great Physio session. Very clean and well kept treatment room. She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My trapped nerve is no more!
