Medicine rarely ready. Prescriptions rarely filled. Very low stock of OTC meds. Front staff know nothing about medicine and cause unnecessary problems. Everyone walks out muttering and angry. This place needs new management NOW.

Your pharmacy is an utter joke. The amount of issues I have had picking a prescription up us totally unacceptable. Failing at providing a service. Now you are closed for an hour at lunch whilst I wait for you. I would if liked to have been travelling up north. My bet is that you won't even have the prescription ready at 2pm. This pharmacy needs to be closed down.

My friend hasn't had her meds delivered this week. She needs them. She's deaf so I've called several times today. It either rings and cuts me off or it's engaged. Really not good enough

After joining up with this Pharmacy in Shefford high street in June 2022 to get my Tablets and my Wifes tablets we have reached a sitution where the staff are polite and lovely as is there happy go lucky pharmacist and sadly this is where it stops.The tablets are never ready sometimes they say .you should have phoned the problem there is they never answer there phone at all.They make us wait even when we have ordered online left it a week to collect and then the pharmacist will make up the order .In over 20 years this sadly is the worst nightmare pharmacy i have ever used.Its a shame as parking close by in Morrison was brilliant but just cant take the strain of this happening every time we go so have now moved to a different one a bit further away ..Also reported this sitution to Lloyds head office as they need to know how bad it is there .

Terrible I phoned to check my medicine with a pharmacist and he left me on hold for 20 mins and the whole time I could hear them just having a general conversation. I hung up as didn't want to introdude and they kept the phone switched off.really upset at no point did they say please wait or anything. I take it from the noise I was dumped on the desk
