        Really angry, had a parcel delivered there and the website says open until 5.30pm. Went down at 3.55pm and closed, the man could see we and just ignored me. Found a sign on the door saying their hours changed to 4pm in 2020. Really unhelpful information on Hermes site which resulted in not getting a child their birthday gift on time. Lousy attitude in store, the guy just ignored me, he could clearly see me
