Visited a few places before choosing Henry Isaac. The reason we choose here, John was extremely knowledgeable and honest as to what we needed. The ordering process was super easy , the information we were given really helped us choose what we actually needed. We were kept up to date throughout. We choose the recommended fitters and they were just great, no mess, no fuss, super efficient, absolutely great experienced team. They removed the existing gas fire and fitted the beautiful multi fuel stove. If you want, experience, fully qualified, honest, reliable and polite, Henry Isaac is defiantly the place to go.

This company is truly outstanding. Proper old school family business with old school values. Purchased a stove about 4 years ago. Recently the handle became loose . So emailed them to see if they could help. They got me a new handle and not a fuss was made and were so helpful and friendly. Any other company would have just not cared. Many thanks Andrew

Found Henry Isaacs after reading reviews and also visiting other suppliers. I am so glad I did as the service I have just received has been exemplary!!. John talked me through stove options and was extremely knowledgeable in all things woodburning and I chose a Portway multifuel so I had more one fuel option. I also selected a new fire surround and hearth and these were duly fitted last week. I am sometimes nervous about having building work done but Chris and Ian really know their stuff and the existing fireplace was widened and the new flue put down the chimney in no time at all. Chris then fitted the hearth and new fire surround and the new woodburner then spent his time making good so all I have left to do is a small bit of painting. Total fit time was two days and the job was done properly!! The best bit of advice I can give to other potential customers is save your fuel by driving to other suppliers and dont go anywhere else but to John and Alex at Henry Isaacs. You won't regret it....
