Fab Flooring and Carpets

Truly Fab Flooring. We recently moved into a new home and used Fab Flooring to arrange for both Amtico and Carpet to be fitted throughout. After attempting to get quotations from a few companies who had not responded to us or seemingly did not want to quote for our works, we were put in touch with Fab Flooring based on a personal recommendation. Overall and in short, they have provided a high level of service, helpfulness, professionalism and quality. We have dealt primarily with Luke, who we have found to be fantastic throughout. Both in his personal service and approach but also information surrounding answering any questions we've had about the products and fitment in question along with working around our somewhat difficult schedule to fit floor based on it being a new build. As for the fitting itself, I would note firstly that the carpet fitters have done a great job but our complete gratitude to the Amtico fitter Derrick for doing an absolutely outstanding job of our floor. We opted for a Herringbone/Parquet pattern, which likely is part of the reason other companies were unwilling to provide quotations due to the nature of the job. However, Derrick's workmanship is second to none, his ability to work around the skirtings (already fitted in new homes), sanitaryware and kitchen cupboards with perfect finish and no mastic is something that truly deserves praise and gratitude. Thanks, Fab, Luke & Derrick. You've really made the difference to our home and as this is the second set of work, we have seen from yourselves we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else in a heartbeat.

The team at Fab have just been amazing! Wendy and Peter were both very knowledgable about the flooring and so accommodating of the numerous date changes that we had to make for the floor laying (due to house build delays). The team really went the extra mile, with Peter coming out 3 times ahead of the laying to measure up and address our concerns around the floor level. Weve never experienced such good customer service and the team are great at what they do. The floor layer Richard also did an incredible job with the Amtico herringbone and we are delighted with the results. Thanks all- very happy customers in our new home
