It's Friday night so we though 'best order early, they'll be busy'... 2.5hrs later, the app said the pizza was delivered an hour ago, the store isn't picking up the phone and the 'customer service agent' on the mobile number hangs up after a few rings.
I went to the store is find a queue of angry people.
They reprint my order and ask me to wait, assuring a refund and fresh hot pizza.
I wait. Two boxes are handed to me with no attempt to refund.
Of the two boxes, one had the completely wrong toppings (but was at least hot) the other has perfect toppings but is hard and cold.
When I asked about the refund I was told 'you should receive it within 5 working days'
All round, not a great first impression or experience.
